The oven is made out of stainless steel, featuring a double-wall construction for superior heat retention. The interior has been lined with a ceramic based insulation to ensure even heat distribution and further heat loss prevention. Featuring a removable pizza stone for easy maintenance as well as a built-in thermometer for precision cooking, the Kiln R Series is perfect for creating mouth-watering, restaurant quality pizzas in the comfort of your own home.
