Can I change my mind?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not, we're able to help! If you've changed your mind*, simply return your purchase within 30 days in a brand new, unused condition in the original packaging and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase (delivery non-refundable).

In some instances, we may need to charge a 20% restocking fee for orders cancelled over 24 hours after purchase. This can include purchases where products are specially ordered in, involve customization, or require gas conversion. 

If you're unable to organize your own return, our team can assist with organizing a pickup and return at your cost. This may be subject to additional charges and can be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

In the case of orders placed for pickup from one of our stores/warehouses, cancellations after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.

* Please choose carefully when purchasing from our Clearance and Sale items. No change of mind refund, exchanges or credit notes will be issued for clearance or sales items purchased in store or online.

Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.

How do I return my product for a refund or credit?

  1. Drop us an email to let us know you wish to return your goods - we'll email you an RMA
  2. Please return goods via a registered service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged in items.
  3. When goods are received within the return period in brand new and sellable condition, we'll issue a full refund (less original freight). Goods not returned in this manner may be subject to restocking fee.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days (or up to 10 business days for a bank deposit) of us receiving your returned goods.
  5. Once received, your returned goods will be assessed and funds will be returned via your original payment medium.

What if my item is faulty?

If you have a faulty item, please phone (1300 794 839) or email us at info@outdoorsdomain.com.au and we will be happy to assist. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may repair, replace or refund your purchase.
