The Tonala wood fired consists of 3 types of clay that has been expertly hand crafted in Mexico to provide a delicious smokey type flavour. Assembly is not required for this oven type and furthermore is similar to an open fire type setting which will be perfect for smaller yards. This oven will provide a general cooking time of 5 minutes or slightly more. The handmade clay oven is perfect for constructing and cooking wood fired pizzas, as well as being able to cook two small pizzas all in one go.
