With the increase in and ease of online transactions with no human interaction required, it’s been a while since I’ve experienced good customer service from a real human! We ordered a barbecue from Outdoors Domain last week, which was on sale. The following day I was notified via phone and email the item had just sold out and stock wouldn’t be in for a month. We were offered the same item with a matte finish (which retails for $500 more) as a gesture of good will! Two days later the barbecue was delivered in ACT. Super impressed with the friendliness of the staff member (Jon) and promptness to which the order was handled and delivered, and grateful for the upgrade. Barbecue is installed and looking and cooking great! Thank you!

I recently designed a bespoke outdoor kitchen with Samuel from the Melbourne store. My kitchen was for a full sun area and intricate measurements and Sam was incredible in his ideas, creativity and service. Sam is a real asset to this company and one of the best service agents I have ever experienced.

The service and support from Outdoors Domain is incredible. Special mention to Chris who worked tirelessly with me to design my outdoor kitchen to suit my needs. Nothing was a hassle for Chris. Pino is a superstar. Late last year he was very patient in assisting my wife and I select the right outdoor kitchen. He provided excellent advice and we have been thrilled with the BBQ over summer. This morning I noticed there was an issue with one of the cabinet doors on my Gasmate BBQ. I popped in with some photo's of the issue and he advised how to fix it. He told me if I still had issues to remove the door and bring it for him to have a look. Suffice to say the issue persisted so I took it in. He had one look at the door and just replaced it with another door. Where do you get that kind of service in this day and age? Absolutely brilliant. It's fair to say Outdoors domain is now my go to shop from anything outdoors!

I have dealt with a number of different people from Outdoors Domain, and purchased an outdoor kitchen from them. I am very happy with the kitchen, and can honestly say it was the best pre-and-post sale service I have ever experienced. I had a couple of issues after purchase - not of their doing - which they could have baulked (and many retailers would have) however they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The firepit I ordered, arrived cracked, however the team at Outdoors Domain arranged for a replacement to be delivered within the week. I was really blown away by the exemplary customer service and the Chapala Fire Pit is brilliant.

This place has a really good showroom with plenty of models of bbq. They also have a few specials there that you can only see in store I think.. well worth a look if your shopping for a BBQ.

Simply compelled! I am overwhelmingly compelled to write a review for Outdoors Domain after my dealings with them have exceeded expectations at every turn. During a time whereby stores and service providers are struggling to provide good service (or service at all) Chris, from outdoor domain has been exemplary. Upon paying for my order of an outdoor lounge online, I visited the store and was given a credit to use on a future purchase simply because they had since reduced the price of the 'Cano Lounge Set'. They communicated with me throughout and delivered the product as promised and on time (typically never happens). This meant that we had our new homes' outdoor area complete. The delivery guys were fantastic, friendly and considerate of our walls and tiled floor. Unfortunately, as it so happens, the supplier or warehouse seem to have cracked the wooden frame that forms part of the couch. I noticed this after opening the box a couple of days later. I reached out to Chris who not only immediately agreed to replace the piece, tracked down the out of stock item, arranged personal delivery, and followed up with me via email and phone to keep me informed of the situation. Within a couple of days, we were hand delivered a replacement and I am looking forward to using my store credit for more gear from the team at OD. Special mention to Chris who cannot be commended enough and to Outdoors Domain for a masterful all-round shopping experience and for setting the bar so high. We have made many purchases of late as we've just moved into our new home and OD have been a genuine standout. I will choose OD first for any future purchases and was lucky to have discovered them in the first place as I had agreed to buy the lounge elsewhere, however the competitor could not work out delivering the item. A disappointing experience turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Thanks OD.

We brought an outdoor bbq kitchen with these guys on a spur of the moment online Black Friday sale and could not be happier. The set came in 3 big daunting boxes but went together with ease and looks fantastic. Thanks to Sam for answering all my queries so fast and basically just being amazing to deal with! We will definitely be back (online from Sydney) shopping from the store again.
