The cooking surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte, ideal for food use and heat distribution. The internal structure is made from stainless steel, while the external finish is electrogalvanized steel treated with paints at high temperature for maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. Insulated with natural rock wool, this oven can temperature more efficiently and avoid the external surface getting too hot.
