First cookup. Beef Ribs, Chicken Maryland, Ocean Trout(brined o/night), Pork Ribs, and Venison Leg (cured in a Californian Maple Ham and Bacon Cure for 5 days then o/night in fridge with a Jerk Dry Rub before smoking)...... Had to do in a couple of shifts cause it wouldn't all fit but what a feed we had. Bit small but so portable too.
